摘要(Abstract)：

对于经标准药物治疗后症状仍未缓解的肺动脉高压和终末期右心衰竭患者，通常可考虑心肺联合移植，但受益人数有限。球囊房间隔造口术是缓解肺移植或心肺联合移植急迫需求的一种替代治疗策略。本文报道1例终末期肺动脉高压患者，尽管接受了优化的综合治疗方案，但患者的症状没有任何缓解。随后，在心腔内超声指导下实施球囊房间隔造口术。患者术后症状明显缓解，堪萨斯城心肌病问卷调查评分明显提高。本病例结果表明，在心腔内超声引导下，球囊房间隔造口术可以安全地应用于临床和血流动力学状况不佳的肺动脉高压患者。
