定量血流分数在左主干病变中的应用Application of quantitative flow ratio in left main disease

摘要(Abstract):
定量血流分数(QFR)是新兴的无创冠状动脉功能学评估技术,与金标准血流储备分数(FFR)相比,QFR具有无创、无药物诱发副作用、无昂贵导丝、可重复性高、流程便捷和耗时少等优点,在冠心病的研究中不断凸显其诊断和预后价值。左主干病变是冠状动脉血管病变的高危分类人群,未经优化的左主干病变血运重建治疗策略严重影响患者预后,加重患者经济负担,影响冠心病诊疗技术的发展。如何提升左主干病变血运重建治疗效果是心血管病医师的一大挑战。冠状动脉功能学评估相关技术不断得到发展和应用,QFR是其中的典型代表,利用QFR对左主干病变进行细致的功能学评估,并指导和优化治疗手段显得非常重要。本文将对QFR的基本原理和QFR在左主干病变中的应用进行综述。
