心房颤动冷冻消融治疗经验

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>导管消融治疗心房颤动目前已经是非常成熟的技术,肺静脉隔离是导管消融的基石[1]。然而,逐点消融存在其固有的局限性以及导管操作的技巧和复杂性,长期成功率仍受到很大限制。此外,相关的并发症仍是一个重要问题,如肺静脉狭窄、心脏穿孔及心脏压塞、心房食管瘘等均有报道[2]。虽然射频消融是心房颤动消融治疗的基本方法,但球囊冷冻技术具有连续性消融损伤的独特优势,研究已证实其安全性和有效性[3]。冷冻消融的主要优势还包
