摘要(Abstract)：

<正>替格瑞洛已经广泛应用于急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者的抗栓治疗[1]。然而,临床上替格瑞洛相关的呼吸困难并不少见[2],处理不当可能带来严重后果,应当引起临床医师的高度重视。1替格瑞洛相关呼吸困难的发生率呼吸困难是指主观上感觉呼吸费力,客观上呼吸次数增多,动作快而幅度增大。使用替格瑞洛出
