摘要(Abstract)：

经导管主动脉瓣置换术（TAVR）目前已经成为治疗主动脉瓣疾病患者的有效手段之一，随着技术的不断成熟，器械的持续革新，经验的日益丰富，TAVR的适应证范围得到不断扩展。紧跟国际趋势，我国TAVR手术量逐年稳步上涨。2023年度TAVR领域在低危主动脉瓣狭窄患者中的长期随访结果进一步验证了TAVR手术的远期获益，针对主动脉瓣反流患者行TAVR手术的相关研究以及TAVR手术在二叶式主动脉瓣狭窄患者中的应用均为TAVR适应证的拓展提供了证据支持。与此同时，国内外瓣膜器械的研发及新技术创新层出不穷，全生命周期管理新理念越来越受到重视，尤其是我国本土器械研发进展迅速，多种器械进入临床研究阶段，其临床表现及研究结果值得期待。
