摘要(Abstract)：

冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞(CTO)病变是冠状动脉复杂病变的常见类型。对有开通适应证的CTO病变进行介入治疗有助于改善心肌缺血和心功能,减轻症状。但是临床上,CTO病变相关术语混杂,"假腔""内膜下""斑块内""壁内"等多个词语表述意思相近,不利于临床实践。因此,《冠状动脉CTO病变治疗的定义和临床试验设计原则:CTO病变学术研究联合会共识建议》旨在规范CTO病变治疗的相关概念及术语,便于临床研究设计的同质化。
