摘要(Abstract)：

冠心病监护病房（CCU）最早起源于20世纪60年代，最初是以更好地监护和治疗急性心肌梗死后心搏骤停和心室颤动为目的而建立，其使急性心肌梗死患者的死亡率明显改善。在至今的60年间，CCU逐渐发展为收治所有重症心血管疾病患者的专科重症监护病房，其运行标准、治疗手段、人员配置等也在逐渐发展完善，已成为当代心血管病学的重要组成部分之一。
