摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者男,43岁。"因间断性心前区疼痛3个月,心肺复苏术后3 d"由外院转入吉林大学中日联谊医院心内科。既往无高血压病史、糖尿病病史,否认吸烟史。来院3个月前,患者晨起后无明显诱因出现心前区闷痛,面积为手掌大小,持续1～2 min自行缓解,于当地医院行心电图(electrocardiography,ECG)检查提示V2～V4导联双向T波(图1 A)。给予单硝酸异山梨酯(50 mg、每日1次)、阿托伐他汀(20 mg、每晚1次)、阿司匹林(300 mg单次负荷后,维持100 mg、每日1次)、氯吡格雷(300 mg单次负荷后,维持75 mg、每日1次)治疗。其后再次发作心前区疼痛1次,于当地医院复查心电图提示Ⅰ、a VL、
