摘要(Abstract)：

<正>经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)已成为冠心病患者最重要的血运重建手段。然而,仅通过PCI术和药物治疗并不能持续有效改善患者的预后。PCI术既不能逆转或减缓冠状动脉粥样硬化的生物学进程,也不能消除冠心病危险因素。多数患者存在的术后运动耐量下降及焦虑抑郁等精神问题,不仅严重影响生活质量,也
