摘要(Abstract)：

<正>心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是临床最常见的心律失常之一,发病率近2%[1]。流行病学资料显示,美国目前AF患者达266万,预计至2050年增加5倍,我国一般人群的发病率为0.77%[2]。AF主要危害之一是动脉系统血栓栓塞,其导致卒中的危险随年龄增长显著升高,在50~59岁人群中仅为1.5%,而80~89岁人群可高达23.5%[3]。临床研
