摘要(Abstract)：

报道1例老年女性中重度非风湿性二尖瓣狭窄伴左心耳中远端血栓患者,华法林抗凝治疗3个月无效,在全身麻醉下行经食管超声心动图指导下左心耳封堵术同时行二尖瓣球囊扩张术,术后患者恢复良好,维持窦性心律。
