ZEEK血栓抽吸导管新用法收获巨大血栓栓子一例报告

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>急性心肌梗死(AMI)急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术中遇到血栓负荷较大时,常采用血栓抽吸导管进行血栓抽吸,以达到解除冠脉局部阻塞,改善前向血流,减少梗死相关心肌组织微循环无复流现象的目的。目前最常用的为ZEEK血栓抽吸导管,然而因其管腔直径有限,只能将较小的血栓栓子抽吸并收集到注射器中,却无法将体积巨大的
