摘要(Abstract)：

慢性完全闭塞病变被视为经皮冠状动脉介入治疗最后的堡垒,近年来技术与器械的进步使其介入开通的成功率逐渐提高。血管内超声用于指导冠状动脉病变的介入治疗已有数十年历史,但近十余年来才开始被逐步应用于指导慢性完全闭塞病变的介入治疗。闭塞段长、近端纤维帽不清晰、病变成角或钙化是介入失败的主要危险因素,因此精确了解导引钢丝在入口以及闭塞段内的解剖位置是成功的关键。血管内超声的影像指导在该方面具有极大的价值。本文介绍了血管内超声在慢性完全闭塞病变介入治疗中的价值、应用方法及其对患者远期临床疗效的影响。
