摘要(Abstract)：

经皮卵圆孔未闭（PFO）介入封堵术是预防隐源性脑卒中的有效手段，但经皮PFO介入封堵术后发生心律失常的风险日益受到关注。大量研究已证实经皮PFO介入封堵术后发生心律失常的风险增加，有可能对患者的临床预后产生影响。鉴于国内对经皮PFO介入封堵术后发生心律失常的研究和报道较少，本文通过检索PubMed、中国知网数据库近10年收录的相关文献，系统综述了经皮PFO介入封堵术后发生心律失常的类型、发病机制、危险因素、临床预后影响以及干预策略。
