摘要(Abstract)：

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是一种动态变化的病理过程，包括急性冠状动脉综合征和慢性冠状动脉综合征（CCS）。一般情况下，CCS患者心肌损伤标志物不升高，整体病情处于非急性期。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是侵入性有创操作，可能会因手术操作造成患者术后心肌损伤标志物升高，但是如何根据其升高程度以及其它临床表现确定病情暂无定论。本文通过对一项立场文件的解读以供临床进行决策使用。
