摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1969年Dotter首先提出了血管内支架(Stent)的概念及其应用,随后由于支架制造粗糙、血栓形成及植入技术限制,加之血管内异物的心排斥,使该项研究度搁浅,甚至有人用粗糙的支架建立血栓模型.1986年,Sigwart及Puel首次在人体冠状动脉安放支架.1987年,Roubin和Schatz等在美国也完成了同样工作.并使支架的设计制造工艺得到进一步的发展.90年代初支架的应用又遇到了一系列问题:(1)支架安植术后亚急性血栓形成高达20%;(2)安置支架需要具有较高的心导管介入技术,风险大,支架易脱落造成栓
