摘要(Abstract)：

冠状动脉假性动脉瘤(CAPA)是指冠状动脉壁不完整,由周围组织包绕所形成的动脉瘤,极为少见,有可能发生破裂导致心脏压塞、远端栓塞或瘘的形成。本文报道1例急性心肌梗死行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后形成CAPA和冠状动脉左心室瘘并且发生心脏压塞的病例,希望为此类患者的管理提供一定的参考。
