支架置入术后再发急性冠状动脉综合征的研究进展Research and development on recurrent acute coronary syndrome after coronary stent implantation

摘要(Abstract):
目前经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是临床上急性冠状动脉综合征常用的治疗策略。从最初的裸金属支架到现在的药物洗脱支架,支架内再狭窄和支架内血栓形成的风险大幅度降低,使支架后再发急性冠状动脉综合征的发病率有所下降,但仍然是临床医师需面临的严峻并发症之一。因此,全面了解其发生发展机制,同时临床上早期发现与治疗是提高再发急性冠状动脉综合征存活率、改善预后的主要方式。本文主要分析总结了目前支架置入术后再发急性冠状动脉综合征的发病机制、影像学诊断及治疗策略的研究成果及进展。
