心腔内超声指导经皮主动脉瓣置换术后持续性心房颤动冷冻消融及左心耳封堵一站式手术1例One-stop treatment of cryoballoon ablation and left atrial appendage closure for persistent atrial fibrillation after percutaneous aortic valve replacement guided by intracardiac echocardiography: a case report

摘要(Abstract)：
本文报道1例经皮主动脉瓣置换术后持续性心房颤动患者，于心腔内超声指导下完成冷冻球囊消融及左心耳封堵的一站式手术。心腔内超声的应用贯穿整个手术过程，为手术成功提供保障。望对临床上的类似病例提供借鉴。
