摘要(Abstract)：

<正>心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是一种常见的心律失常,中国人患病率为0.77%,人群发病率为1.22/1000人年[1]。按人口数推算,目前我国AF患者800万~1000万。AF的主要危害是引起卒中和诱发心力衰竭,非瓣膜性AF(nonvalvular atril fibrillation,NVAF)是缺血性卒中的独立危险因素。AF患者随访研究显示,5年的卒中发生率高达
