去肾交感神经在心血管疾病应用中的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>交感神经系统参与心输出量、血压、血容量和水电解质平衡的调节,其过度兴奋被认为参与了高血压、心力衰竭、心律失常等心血管疾病的病理生理过程。肾交感神经作为交感神经的重要组成部分,通过传入神经和传出神经与全身交感神经系统相互作用、相互影响。交感神经在高血压的形成和维持过程中发挥着重要作用,原发性高血压患者肾交感神经过度激活,其末梢释放儿茶酚胺增多,引起小动脉和静脉收缩,心输出量增加;刺激肾素释放,收缩肾血管,减少肾血流,增加肾小管水钠重吸收。肾交感神经导管消融术利用导
