摘要(Abstract)：
<正>近年来,随着人口老龄化的加剧,主动脉瓣狭窄在我国的发病率越来越高,严重威胁老年人群健康。传统的外科主动脉瓣置换术(surgical aortic valve replacement,SAVR)由于能够显著改善症状、提高生存质量并延长生存期,一直是症状性主动脉瓣狭窄的标准治疗方法[1]。自2002年由法国的Cribier等[2]成功完成第1例经导管主动脉瓣置入术(transcatheter aortic valve implantation,TAVI)开始,TAVI逐渐成为主动脉瓣狭窄患者的另一新的
