摘要(Abstract):
<正>冠状动脉造影(coronary arteriography,CAG)是目前常用的指引经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)的方法。但越来越多的证据显示部分病变CAG结果与功能学上有意义的冠状动脉狭窄之间的不一致性,甚至有研究报告,病变解剖学与功能学间的不一致性高达50%~([1])。因此,对于冠状动脉狭窄的功能学评估不可忽视,血流储备分数(fractional flow reserve,FFR)作为冠状动脉功能
