心脏再同步治疗无创优化的现状

摘要(Abstract):
<正>心脏再同步治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT)在治疗心力衰竭(心衰)中具有肯定的疗效,美国心脏协会已将CRT作为左束支阻滞(left bundle branch block,LBBB)合并QRS≥150 ms心衰患者的Ⅰ类适应证,即便患者的心功能NYHA分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级[1-2]。心室激动融合和心脏同步运动的恢复对于CRT术后的效果十分重要,CRT的优化是其治疗成功的关键。CRT优化方法众多,本文介绍目前无创CRT优化方法及其进展。
