大鼠心脏损伤模型上缺血预处理保护作用的研究Protective effect of ischemic precouditioning on Pre-injured keart in rats

摘要(Abstract):
在大鼠异丙基肾上腺素(isoprenaline,ISO)损伤模型上,观察缺血预处理(ischemicpreconcli.tioning,IPC)对心脏的保护作用。与单纯缺血再灌注(ischemicreperfusion,I/R)损伤组比较,IPC能减轻I/R引起的冠脉流量降低,减少心肌组织蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及组织蛋白酶D(CD)的漏出,抑制MDA形成与Ca2+聚集,其保护程度与IPC对正常心脏I/R损伤的保护程度相近。表明IPC对ISO损伤心脏仍有保护,提示IPC的心脏保护作用对已有缺血损伤的心肌仍然存在。
