<正>1.缺血预处理与缺血后处理:1986年,Murry等[1]发现事先夹闭犬冠状动脉回旋支5min,再复流5min,重复4次,然后再夹闭40min,心肌的梗死面积与对照组相比下降了75%。他们把这种现象称为缺血预处理(ischemic preconditioning,IPC)。随后的研究证明这种现象普遍存在于哺乳动物心肌中。缺血预处理存在两个窗口,第一窗口的
