非开胸法关闭动脉导管350例的经验和体会

摘要(Abstract)：
我院自1986年至1995年的10年内连续施行Porstmann法的动脉导管堵塞术350例，无一例失败，13例二次堵塞成功，16例并发股动脉穿刺目部分栓塞，4例完全栓塞，经处理后均恢复正常。作者认为Porstmann法经济费用低廉操作简便，不失为我国动脉导管未闭病例的首选治疗方法，并提出操作中的注意事项。
