摘要(Abstract)：

心肌梗死后室间隔穿孔是心肌梗死的严重并发症之一,常引起血流动力学的急剧变化,危及患者生命。近年来,除外科手术治疗外,经导管封堵心肌梗死后室间隔穿孔也取得了一定的进展。本文就经导管封堵心肌梗死后室间隔穿孔的研究进展做一综述。
