星状神经节阻滞术防治室性心律失常的临床应用进展Advances in the clinical application of stellate ganglion block in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias

摘要(Abstract):
室性心律失常源于心室,严重时可致心脏性猝死。星状神经节作为交感神经节,在心脏功能调节中起关键作用,对其行星状神经节阻滞术可抑制室性心律失常发生。星状神经节阻滞术式经历了从解剖结构定位到影像学显影引导的演变,常用术式包括解剖定位法、造影显影法和超声引导法,其中超声引导法可提高穿刺精准性和安全性;其给药方式包括单次注射和持续输注,常用药物有布比卡因、罗哌卡因等。临床应用上,星状神经节阻滞术从单一病例应急性使用,逐渐发展为多中心联合规范化使用,可有效减少室性心律失常发作次数,尤其适用于血流动力学不稳定患者的紧急情况,且疗效与室性心律失常亚型、心功能障碍程度无关。星状神经节阻滞术作为新兴干预手段,正逐步应用于药物干预无效且条件不宜完成消融手术的患者,现对相关研究及临床应用进展进行综述。
