摘要(Abstract)：

<正>冠状动脉支架置入即刻,脱垂的粥样硬化斑块组织透过支架小梁之间的空隙突入冠状动脉管腔,这一现象被称为斑块脱垂(plaque prolapse,PP)[1-2],它也被称为组织脱垂(tissue prolapse,tissue protrusion,TP)。以上两个概念在既往研究中并不区分,但近年来不同研究有所区别,脱垂组织除了斑块外另有新的界定,本文中采用范畴更广的TP这一概念。
