<正>心房颤动(房颤)是最常见的心律失常之一,其发病率随年龄增长逐年升高,由于房颤能导致血液动力学的紊乱,容易在左房形成血栓,以致患者发生血栓栓塞事件。据统计,房颤患者的卒中发生率是正常人群的5倍。在我国,一项回顾性研究显示,中国人心房颤动相关卒中的发生率为
