摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料病例1患者男,49岁。因"间断性胸痛伴心悸1个月"入住武汉亚洲心脏病医院心内科。1个月前患者晨起或活动时出现胸痛,位于胸骨后,呈条索状烧灼感,伴有出汗,持续1~3 min,可自行缓解。既往慢性胃溃疡病史,无高血压病、糖尿病等。吸烟20余年,每天2包,偶有饮酒。入院前1天门诊动态心电图示:患者胸痛发作时伴Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V_2~V_5导联ST段抬高(0.1~2.0 mV),伴短阵
