摘要(Abstract)：

<正>主动脉瓣狭窄常见于高龄人群,患者出现临床症状未经治疗平均存活仅1～3年。外科主动脉瓣置换术是治疗主动脉瓣严重狭窄的传统方法,但患者多因高龄、伴左心室功能障碍或多种并发症而致死亡率明显增加[1]。
