经皮球囊二尖瓣扩张术的疗效研究The study about therapeutic effect of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty on rheumatic mitral stenosis(Abstract)

摘要(Abstract)：
1988年8月～1993年5月完成经皮球囊二尖瓣扩张术(PBMV)115例,其中94.5%(111例)操作成功。观察证明,PBMV 可使二尖瓣口面积增加一倍左右。明显的改善血液动力学,心功能改善1～2级。对获得双侧交界裂开的病人,其疗效与直视二尖瓣交界分离术相似,如包括不同程度交界裂开的病人在内,则其总体效果与闭式二尖瓣交界分离术相同。从而证明了 PBMV 是治疗风湿性二尖瓣狭窄的有效方法。
