易损斑块成像进展Advances in imaging of vulnerable plaques

摘要(Abstract):
易损斑块破裂继发血栓形成是引起急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的主要原因,早期识别易损斑块并积极干预将有助于预防急性冠状动脉事件的发生。然而,易损斑块的形成机制仍未明确,多种因素可能共同促进斑块的易损性。现有研究表明易损的斑块特征、剪切力的作用、炎症活动及缺血之间的共同或相互作用可能更易于引起ACS。随着影像学的发展,在体评估易损斑块已成为可能。本文就此对易损斑块成像作一综述,希望对早期识别易损斑块有所帮助。
