分子成像和非分子成像识别动脉粥样硬化血栓形成的研究进展Research progress in molecular and nonmolecular imaging of thrombosis in atherosclerosis

摘要(Abstract):
动脉粥样硬化血栓的形成,往往会导致急性冠状动脉事件或缺血性卒中的发生,从而危及生命,因此动脉粥样硬化血栓的早期识别和诊断尤为重要。动脉粥样硬化血栓的临床诊断主要依据多种影像学检查,血管造影或血管超声等技术能准确反映血管狭窄程度,然而对早期血栓诊断仍缺乏特异性和敏感性,不能轻易检测出早期血栓或无法提供有关血栓成分的分子和细胞信息。加之动脉粥样硬化血栓患者的早期症状一般较隐匿,临床不易察觉,在血栓得到确诊时,受累器官或组织已发生器质性不可逆的损伤,故临床上迄今尚缺乏早期、特异的诊断方法。近年来,分子成像和非分子成像研究日趋深入,并得到广泛应用,分子成像和非分子成像在动脉粥样硬化血栓的早期识别和诊断的价值不断提高。本文对动脉粥样硬化血栓的成像研究进展进行了综述。
