经远端桡动脉行冠状动脉介入诊疗中国专家共识
摘要(Abstract):
<正>股动脉入径为冠状动脉造影(coronary angiography,CAG)及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneouscoronaryintervention,PCI)的经典入径,也是最初的冠状动脉介入诊疗入径。随着冠状动脉诊疗技术的不断更新发展,目前桡动脉入径(transradial artery access, TRA)已经被证实优于股动脉入径[1-2]。相比于股动脉入径,TRA能显著降低出血等血管相关并发症,增加患者的舒适度,甚至能降低急性冠状动脉综合征患者的死亡率[2-4]。因此,目前国内90%以上的CAG及PCI手术由TRA完成[5-6]。
