基于冠状动脉造影测定微循环阻力指数的研究进展Recent advance of angiography-derived index of microcirculatory resistance

摘要(Abstract):
冠状动脉微血管功能障碍在心肌缺血和心绞痛中起着关键致病作用。在临床上,准确识别冠状动脉微血管功能障碍并定量冠状动脉微循环功能对疾病严重程度分层和预后评估有重要意义。基于压力导丝测量的微循环阻力指数是目前有创评估冠状动脉微血管功能障碍的最客观指标,但因需要额外的操作时间、花费及充血剂使用限制了其临床应用。近期报道了多项使用冠状动脉造影计算微循环阻力指数以替代传统压力导丝测量的研究。本文将对这一技术的原理、准确性及应用情况进展进行综述。
