<正>室间隔缺损(ventricularseptaldefect,VSD)是常见的先天性心脏病之一,其中70%~80%为膜周部室间隔缺损(perimembranousventricularseptaldefect,PMVSD)[1]。以往外科开胸手术是治疗VSD的唯一方法,近年来随着心血管介入治疗技术和器材研制的迅速发展,介入治疗已成功应用于部分VSD患者封堵。但由于PMVSD在解剖位置上与心脏传导系统毗邻,封堵术中、术后偶有传导系统阻滞(right
