摘要(Abstract)：

<正>冠状动脉钙化病变是冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的重要表现。大量的循证医学证据表明,冠状动脉钙化病变与冠状动脉狭窄程度密切相关。严重的冠状动脉钙化病变会导致冠状动脉支架的膨胀不全和贴壁不良,将显著增加血管夹层或破裂的风险,增加经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)围术期并发症的发生。因此,早期、准确地检出冠状动脉钙化病变,对于评估冠状动脉狭窄程度和指导PCI术具有重要
