摘要(Abstract)：

目前经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)在国内外已逐渐成熟,但是TAVR治疗主动脉瓣狭窄合并其他疾病的临床风险和获益尚难以分析,仍然是TAVR目前面临的主要问题。本文报道了1例主动脉瓣重度狭窄合并肝硬化失代偿期患者的治疗,以期为临床提供经验。
