双封堵器封堵主动脉窦瘤破裂发生溶血1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者男,28岁,因"腹胀1个月,水肿20余天,恶心、呕吐1 d"入院。入院查体:眼睑及颜面部浮肿明显,双肺呼吸音粗,未闻及明显干、湿性啰音,心脏相对浊音界向右侧扩大,心率84次/min,律齐,胸骨左缘第3~4肋间可闻及Ⅲ/6级连续性高调、粗糙杂音,无传导、无震颤,无心包摩擦音。腹软,无明显压痛、反跳痛,肝脾肋下未触及,无叩击痛,双肾区无叩击痛,移动性浊音(+),双下肢重度对称性凹陷
