Ⅱoprost对主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的影响

摘要(Abstract)：
本文采用体外培养的猪主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)为模型.在高脂血清(HLS)造成SMC增殖条件下,观察药物Iloprost对SMC增殖的作用及其作用机制,结果发现:HLS培养促进SMC增殖.加用Iloprost后可以拮抗SMC的DNA合成、增殖及形态学改变.同时降低脂质过氧化物(LPO),使前列环素(PGI_2).环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量增多,并使纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI)的活性降低.提示:Iloprost能明显抑制SMC增殖,可能具有对冠脉成形术后再狭窄(RS)的防治作用.
