ST段抬高心肌梗死患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗围术期急性血小板减少1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者女,65岁。主因"突发胸痛4 h"于2015年12月20日入住河北医科大学第二医院。既往高血压病史10年,血压最高260/110 mmH g(1 mmH g=0.133 kP a),规律服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片,血压控制尚可;糖尿病4年,未规律服药,血糖控制情况不详。入院查体:体温36.4℃,脉搏69次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压154/82 mmH g,双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干湿性啰音,心率69次/min,律齐,各瓣膜听诊区
