摘要(Abstract)：
白塞病（BD）作为可累及全身多系统的自身免疫性疾病，有导致主动脉窦瘤（ASA）破裂的可能。本文报道了1例BD导致急性大量左向右分流，随即发生多器官功能障碍的病例，经介入封堵治疗后，迅速纠正心内分流，成功赢得控制原发病及多器官功能障碍的时间。
