摘要(Abstract):
准分子激光冠状动脉消蚀术(ELCA)是一项已在临床应用近30年的医学技术,具有大量的临床研究证据并已获得多个国际心血管专家共识的推荐。但在临床实践中,如何在不同的应用场景中充分发挥该技术的作用依然是一个难题,当前主要依赖术者个人经验。尽管2022年欧洲心血管激光学会发表了冠状动脉介入治疗中准分子激光技术专家立场文件,对ELCA在3种常见应用场景的使用参数进行了简要推荐,但仍需要更详尽的指南指导临床实践。基于既往指南和共识推荐,结合近年来国内外学者对ELCA导管使用经验的积累和研究证据的不断丰富,本专家共识依据ELCA的不同临床适应证对ELCA导管的选择和使用技巧作出具体推荐,以期在临床工作中充分发挥ELCA的作用并减少潜在并发症风险。
