肾交感神经消融术:研究现状、困惑及前景思考

摘要(Abstract):
<正>去肾交感神经研究及疾病治疗历史悠久[1-2]。Krum等[3]在2009年首次报道了肾交感神经消融(RDN)治疗顽固性高血压安全有效,掀起了RDN领域的研究热潮,也开创了高血压非药物治疗新途径[4-5]。由于RDN属于微创手术,操作相对简单,实施较容易,最近几年获得"高歌猛进"式发展,取得了较大的成绩,但也呈现出一些问题[6-7]。本文就这方面的研究热点和存在问题做出简述及思考。
