摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨冠状静脉窦充盈时间(CSFT)评估冠状动脉微循环功能的临床价值。方法选择临床符合心脏X综合征诊断标准的患者32例为研究组,无胸痛的冠状动脉造影正常心脏瓣膜病患者22例为对照组,观察两组患者之间临床基线资料、CSFT、TIMI帧计数、TIMI心肌灌注分级(TMP)等指标。结果研究组患者高血压病(56.3%比18.2%,P=0.01)、血脂异常(43.8%比9.1%,P=0.025)、平均CSFT[(4.4±0.6)s比(3.3±0.9)s,P<0.01]显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;而TIMI帧计数[(31.5±8.3)帧比(28.3±5.6)帧,P=0.10]、TMP分级[2.90(2.5,3.0)级比2.94(2.8,3.0)级,P=0.50]比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论 CSFT评估冠状动脉微循环障碍有一定的预测价值。
