摘要(Abstract)：
<正>随着经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)的广泛开展,介入治疗患者穿刺点止血一直是人们关注的问题。常规徒手压迫方法止血不仅费时、费力,止血后下肢制动时间长引起患者不适,而且延长住院时间、易发生血肿、迷走神经反射、影响PCI术后抗凝、住院满意率下降等[1-2]。血管闭合的出现似乎改善了
