重度主动脉瓣狭窄合并左心室流出道梗阻经导管主动脉瓣置换术1例Transcatheter aortic valve replacement for severe aortic stenosis with left ventricular outfl ow tract obstruction: a case report

摘要(Abstract)：
目前经导管主动脉瓣置换术（TAVR）在国内外已逐渐成熟，但对主动脉瓣狭窄合并流出道梗阻的治疗仍缺乏经验。本文报道1例主动脉瓣重度狭窄合并流出道梗阻的外科手术极高危患者，经适当瓣膜较深置入策略行TAVR，同时解决瓣膜狭窄和流出道梗阻，以期为类似案例的救治提供参考经验。
